New diameter record set by 450mm SaniTube pull through liner

Sanivar, working with Colus Specialist Projects and CPC have recently completed the first ever 450mm pull through SaniTube installation, a world first of this diameter, on an abrasive main in Cheslyn Hay, Cannock. SaniTube refurbishment of 750m 250mm rising main in Derbyshire, UK

Sanivar have recently completed a 750m refurbishment of a 250mm rising main in Matlock, Derbyshire. The project was promoted by Severn Trent Water (STW) following a number of asset failures that had resulted in 10 reactive repair interventions in recent years. Sanivar have recently completed a challenging refurbishment of a rising main feeding Calder Treatment Works in Wakefield. Working with Peter Duffy Ltd, this job involved relining a 300mm cast iron main, a section of which ran via a pipe bridge under a mainline railway. The two potable water mains which connect the water catchment plant “Vorkenbruch” with the elevated tanks in the “Steinbergstrasse” carry about 45m3/h of water in total.
